Hi experts;
By default, my plan query only have one line to add new records.
How can I have more lines?
Thanks in advance.
Ricardo
Hi,
There are two cases - one while running plan query in web and one in excel.
In case of web, you use an analysis item to display the plan query. In the properties of the analysis item, you can set the number of blank lines that you want to see.
In case of excel, only one line will appear. When you enter data in this line and save, it moves up and a fresh input line appears. In case you want to enter more lines, you can just enter them one below the other starting from the balnk line and planning will pick them up.
Hope this helps.

Hi Raja;
I see your point of view. But there are a lot of combinations of marter data and the customer don't want to filter (variable use) in the layout.
In bps, I run this the program UPP_SET_DEFAULT_DUMMIES to add more planning lines. By this way, the customers make simple copy-> paste from their files to the system (not carrying about the order).
In IP there isn't any thing similar?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Raja;
The question is that mark those options i'll have all the possible master data combinations in my layout. So, the layouts take a long time to open.
I only want to have, for example, 20 lines were i can input new records, like in bps layouts.
Is this possible?
Best regards;
Ricardo

HI Ricardo,
Please check on the properties of the characteristics used in the query -> go to Advanced Tab and ensure Access Type for Result Values is set to master Data and also Query Execution for Filter Value Selection is also set to Values in Master Data Table .
If this is not set more lines will not appear on the query level.
Hope this helps
