Where do I change the processor for PR Release Strategy in Workflow?

I added new assignment in PR Approval workflow, but previous processor is still showing in ECC. Where do I change this?

Hi,

Additionally you can check that workflow having used in any custom table to find agent or not. You have check the Agent Rule or consult with workflow consultants .

It explains from where the processor is fetched, then check this origin and compare with the value that you see in your 8 year old purchase requisition

What is SAP ONE? I had not used this term in my response. I gave you a KBA number. If you have no authority then we here can't actually help you, you have to ask for the authority within your organization. The documents are under copyright and we can't distribute them and have permission to post it here. If your system is legally purchased then somebody in your organization should have access and can download or print it for you.

Hi Amanda,

To change the approver, you must change the release strategy by changing the data of the purchase order, for example you could modify quantity from 10 to 1 and save the process order, this change casuses that the releases strategy disappear, then change again the process order entering the correct quantity to generate the new release strategy.There is another way, with the Work item number execute transacción SWIA and then assign manually the new approver.Best regards,
