is there any standard interface to pick email and load into sap

Hi Gurus,

Is there any standard interface to pick the email and load into sap and how the attachment of that email is been handled or do we need to hardcode ?Please help me or suggest me .

    You can do that by doing proper configuration in ERMS i.e. Email Response Management System. Attachments can also be uploaded to SAP system along with the Email. You need to refer to Market Place for configuration material.
