Hi guru's

Can anybody clarify that how can we identify a deleted / cancelled P.R. item in a complete items list.

Hi Tulja

For the list display ME5A, choose the scope of list ALV and select the 'closed requisition', then you can see the deleted PR items also (with deletion indicator).

Hi Tulja,

If your requirement is to get a list of deleted PRs you can do it in ME5A. Please select the 'deletion indicator' from dynamic selection and you can get those items.

If you are e.g. in ME52N you can see a dustbin in the 'status' field.

EBAN-LOEKZ shows this state. (SE16 + EBAN)

you can see:

ME5A --> general purch req

ME5R --> Archived purch req
