attaching text file in work flow item

Hi experts,

I need to create a task in which a user requests for approval to approver,a text file should be sent to approver as attachment,seeing which he can decide whether to approve or reject.How to do that

It would be helpful if someone can tell me how to do.

you need to attach a txt file with the work item ,its ok ,may i knew what the work item is about, eg trip ,po?

Actually I need to create a material using a bapi,but user cant do it by himself.code checks if there are any errors in file.if not,one wf will be initiated,which will send this file to the approver,he doesnt need any code to check it.On seeing the file he decides whether to approve the file upload or reject it.if approved,code for material craetion is triggered.I'm not expert in WF.I have done other part like request going to approver ,he taking decision.but how to use a file,i have no idea.would be helful if you could tell me how to do
