could i get the doc by searching the word in doc.( already solved)

when can i find my doc by the content i updated last time using TREX??
i cannot get the result immediately after my updating of the docs.

U can't search documents immedieatly after uploading.
to find schedule time for Documets to index see below path
goto System Admin -- Monitoring --Knowledge Management Trex MonitorEdit Queue parameters --Schedule Time
Here u can see the time interval for indexing documents by default it will be
All-0:30 min. so documents will be indexed every 30 min.
so u can search documents after 30 min of uploading

what does "The original search has been extended due to the lack of initial results" mean??
but when i search <b>my.doc</b> it still return null.
cause' the doc's size is more than 1K ??

Yes......U can search by word in doc.
before u search u need configure TREX with portal and s u need to create index for that folder
