Data source for text data for 0PO_STATUS from R/3

we need to load the text data for 0PO_STATUS from R/3 side, can any one plz. give us the Data source on R/3 Side.

Not sure if this is possible since the status field (STATU) is usually assigned to different domains in R/3 (ie. the value of the field varies from table to table). But there is nothing preventing you from manually entering the texts in BW.

First, you might need to change the 0PO_STATUS infoobject to allow texts. Then you can right-click on the 0PO_STATUS infoobject and select Maintain Master Data, and you can enter the texts manually.

Hi ganesh,

I had a similar request... for the equipment status. I had to create a generic datasource based on table TJ30T. The only tricky part is to identify the correct Status Profile and then you can simply filter on it in your infopackage.

Hi,

I tried to locate the table for PO status, finally i found ECP_PO_STATUS, but this table has no entries and more over i didnt see any text field in this table. Do u have any other ideas to locate the PO status Text table whre i can find the text descriptions for all types of PO statuses.
