From which table we can get goods receipt date for the rawmaterial / Finished goods?

Pls guide me

    When goods receipt performs it create material documents it will be stored in MKPF(header), MSEG(Item) Tables. creation date of material document nothing but goods receipt date in this case.

    MKPF-BLDAT is the GR creation date
