Since you did the confirmation with GR, and after GR stock was posted to quality and from qulaity it has transfered to UR stock. Now if you want to reverse the confirmation, then you need to reverse the material movements.

Please let me know you have activated quality management module? If not then you can transfer the stock from UR to quality and reverese the confimation.

But if QM is activated...please come back

then it is deficult to reverse,

check in OPK4 transaction...for the combination of plant and order type

in genereal indv entry tab page do you have error handling-good mov is ticked or not?

Yes it is ticked but if we remove it then i think cancellation will be possible but then stock mismatch will occur in Finish goods and Raw material.

Is there any alternate solution.

if this tick is there, then the material doc will not be posted, but confi will be reversed. In COGI, this entry will be there which you need to handle later.

I think you will get a pop up screen where it is asking for your confirmation about the material mov. In this you select NO, then the material doc will be posted to COGI transaction in which case you need to handle it later.

Now how to reverse the UR stock to QM stock...you need to refer the note...

it is not stright forward.

The note is

note 33924 Reversing the UD and 175842-QM lot stock reversal

Once it is done, then in COGI, you can post the mov document which is in hold.
