Info record update

Hi!

When creating a Qoutation (with a material and vendor without an inforecord), i flag the "InfoUpdate" to create the inforecord. This one is created but in my inforecord the Condition Type "Gross Price" is not updated from my quotation. So when creating a PO (without reference to my quotation) there is no gross price, neither when creating a PO with reference to my quotation.

Any ideas to make this work?

Check your Pricing Conditions . See if Gross price has an access sequence.

    Hi Eduardo,

You can not create Inforecord from quotation by ticking the info update indicator

You shud have exsisting inforecord for that the this indicator is useful as below

The indicator determines which prices and conditions are suggested in

    future PO items.

Prices and conditions can apply to an entire purchasing organization or

to a single plant within a purchasing organization.

For example, if you create a purchase order for a plant for which an

info record has been defined at plant level, the purchase order is based

on the conditions in the plant info record and not on the conditions

that apply to the purchasing organization.

    Hi

Pl. Goto, OLME-- -> RFQ and Quoatation > Define Document Types -->Choose your RFQ document type and pl. check you have checked the Time Dependent Conditions check box......then only your Quoatation Conditions will be updated in Inforecord....and it will be copied to PO..

Because, The conditions you are maintained in Contracts and PIR....is always Time Dependent...

and In RFQ and Sheduling Agreements you can control it in doc. types.

Also Pl check in RFQ, you have checked for Info Update...

      Hi guys!

Thanks for your answers but it stilll doesn't work.

Farrukh Ahamed: the condition has an access sequence.

Diwakar: an inforecord is created after the quotation. But no price condition is updated in the inforecord.

S.Baskaran: the Time Dependent Conditions check box is checked

I also tried to customize "Define Default Values for Buyers" with no results.

      Any other ideas?

      Regards

      Eduardo
