Hi to all,
I setup solution manager for CHARM and Incident management. These are my steps:
- Open Incident;
- Follow-up action with Urgent Change;
- Execute step for complete Urgent Change;
When I complete the Urgent Change I would close automatically the incident associated. (Set Incident in status closed). How can I do?
