Hi
we are facing issue with authorization for Organizational units for one user.
user has authorization for two profiles COPPER and UK_HR.
Structural authorizations are maintained in table T77UA. str-auth.pngUser has Authorization profile COPPER and is excluded from profile UK_HR as shown in image.
If you click on ‘Display Objects’ you can see that Authorization Profile UK_HR has only 2 org units 40000655 and 40000656. So user should not be able to display employees in these org. units
Incase of one employee he was in UK_HR profile till 30.04.2017
user will not be able to view this, since UK_HR is excluded as stated above.
But employee moved to Copper profile from 01.05.2017.For this user has authorization to view this employee in PA30. since his org unit belongs to copper profile.
But when user enters employee number in PA30, who belongs to org unit which comes under copper profile.user is unable to view his details.
User has authorization for 40000667 org unit which belongs to copper profile as shown in the image.
user is unable to view the employees in PA30 who changed the org unit from UK _HR to Copper profile.
