FACTORING - URGENT

Hi gurus,

I want to deduct the 1 day absent from the salary. in the payroll run it is giving an error as

"<b>division by zero not performed" in wage type /801. calculation rule inp1 */801

RTE = TKSOLL

RTE - TKAU**

RTE * KGENAU

RTE / TKDIVI

ADDWT *</b>

Please help me out as it is very urgent

    Hi..

    Pls Maintain Valid Work Schedule. Check if GENPS function is deactivated in the schema. if so dont de activate it.

    Hi,

    Check if the Personal Work Schedule is maintained properly for the employee. If it is not maintained you usually get this error, as KDIVI / KSOLL will have no value stored.

    Hi Sandeep,

    work shedule should maintained correctly, bcoz ur average monthly working hrs are taken from IT 0007 and then these No. of hours are divided by ur bais pay amount, to get ur monthly, weekly and daily rate.

    so maintain ur workschedule correctly and did ur Annual salary appeared in Basic pay, that is also a very important point becoz based upon ur annual salary ur rate will be calculated.
