Usage Decision in QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Hi Guys

I am having inspection plan with two operation ,for that my client is asking operation wise usage decision.It is there any possible way to do Usage decision for operation wise.

Hi Murali,

Using inspection point may help you.

May be you can first experiment with free insp point.

Assign the inspection point in inspection plan header.

Sampling procedure assigned to the characteristics should be for free inspection point.

If needed, define inspection point identifiers in config.

After recording results for a particular inspection point (one per operation), record valuation of inspection point.

Once you are convinced of the solution then try for auto valuation as

well.

Which Inspection type you are using?

Also let me know what is the purpose of doing operation wise UD?
