Sales Order to Purchase Requisition

HI,

Our client has a requirement. They generate a PR wrt a Sales Order. This PR gets converted to Production Order. Goods are manufactured and the Finished Goods (FG) are kept at a storage location X. Before sending the FG delivery to the customer the FG needs to be transferred to storage location Y.

Now while doing transfer posting for the FG they dont want to enter the FG one by one. They want that wrt the sales order the FG to be transferred appears on the transfer posting screen (MB1B) so that their work gets reduced.

Any idea how to do it??

Hi,

In transfer posting (mb1b) you can do against the production order not against the sale order.You can try with the production order which is converted from the PR.

Hi

The PR from SO is generated after MRP. And wrt this PR either a prod order is generated at manufacturing plant or a PO is generated at trading plant.

the client has two plants .. one is manufacturing plant and other is trading plant where they import materials for their customers.
