Change field title and add search help in table maintenance

Hello experts,

I have created one table named YEMPLOYEE

Now, I am on SM30 –table maintenance of YEMPLOYEE.

1. Here in filling data, some how I am getting ‘+’ sign as on field name.

I want to change it. How 2 do it?

2. In data content, I want to display search help by clicking on them.

How to generate search help for those fields?

    Hi

    Here's the answer for the below questions,

    1) "+" symbol is coming because you have not maintained the short, medium, long text for the data element.So maintain it and then re-genrate the table maintenance.

    2) Create the search help for that field based on master table in SE11 and attach that seacrh to the screen field of the table maintenance.
