Organisation Structure...

Good morning friends...

Can any body explain the organisation structure for FI & co plese...?

My cleint has....

Two places of businesses in India and US,

In India.... (leave about US cocd)

three production places (plants).....at different places,

Five prodcut lines which includes nearly Producing total 10 products (each product line consists of two products)

Please guid ur ideas to me what are the choices for ...

Plants, Business areas, Cost centers, Profit centers, operating concerns... etc.,

I can assign points....as it is one of the way to appreciate u r help

    Good morning you to..

    I would like to give my view on this based on information provided by you

    One operating Concern (ABCD)

    One Compnay Code: ABCD (India)

    One Controlling area: ABCD

    Three Plants: (Plant1,Plant2,Plant3)

    10 profit centers (one for each product). you can draw balance sheet at profit center level.

    Cost centers you can create as many as you want(there is no limit).

    I have taken into consideration keeping in mind of indian co code.
