User Specific Settings for MM01(Urgent)

Dear Experts,Good Morning!!

I have got a serious issue at my client location.

When we create a material through MM01,Certain fields are hidden for particual user in Purchasing View.These fields are displayed for all other users.

Why it is happening with this particualr user,I have checked in SPRO,user specific settiings.Everybody is using same 0001.....

Do we have any settings for user basis,that too on views basis????

Can any one tell me,where is the problem and what would be the possible solution for this???
