Indicate attachment in Activities - C4C

Hi all,

A customer X, has 3 activities, an appointment, and 2 phone calls. An employee has attached in the 1st phone call, a file which was sent to that customer.

Is there any layout configuration to be able to see inside customer's screen, in the activities tab, in which activity there is or not, an attachment?

I know there is the Attachment indicator, but this is on customer level - it can only indicate if the customer has an attachment or not.

What we want is on activity level - otherwise you should search in every one activity to find where that attachment is.

Hello Christoforos,

In the Account->Activities facet(level) there is no option to check if for the particulat type of activity an attachment been added .You need to explicitly open the activity to check the same.
