SAP CPM - New Solution

Hello,

I have seen a lot of information about the new solution SAP CPM. It seems this will subsitute the SEM solution, but I continue without understand how the new solution integrated with SAP BW and the BEx Analyzer.

Anybody know how it integrates with BW?

The reporting is execute in the BW side or the new solution has it's own reporting for planning and consolidation?

Could anybody explain me how it integrated with the BI solution?

    The future version for BCS will be BPC 7.0. It is combination of BCS/BPS in one pacakge.

    What I understand is that BCS new enhancement will happen but the basic feature remains the same.

    But for BPS there is major change in BPC 7.0 even comparing with IP release.

    I think CPM will have its place, but it is basically kind of dash board reporting tool.

    Everythiing has its space.

    Hi Sergio,

    There are several SEM products bought by SAP recently. You may find a lot of info here, in this forum:

    Enterprise Performance Management (SAP EPM)

    There are even some blogs related to those products, their future and integration with old SAP products.
