Hi SAP gurus,

How can we assign company code to controlling? In maintain controlling area(T codeOKKP ), when I try to activate components/control indicators, it says 'company code is not assigned to controlling' even though I completed the basic data in new entires.I will reward full points to right answer

    Hi,

    Please check whether u have assigned Company Code to controlling area in OKKP. On the left side u find assignment to company code just clik on it and check the assignment. If not u assign there the company code.

    hai,

    In OKKP in assignment control area select controlling area as company code and fillup chart of account, fiscal year variant & standard hierarchy. Standard hierarchy is important to maintain.After this go for activation and assignment.

    Down the Activate components tab one more tab is there (assign company code), use that tab to assign company code.

    Hi,

    Please go to OKKP select ur company code and click on dislay button. Here u find Assignment control tab where u have to define Company code-Controlling area assignment.

    Now if u go and check in OBY6 u fine the indicator as per u defined in OKKP.

    Hi,

    Note the Company code is to be assigned to Controlling Area. Take Code OX19 (IMG Activity-Enterprise Structure-Assignment-Controlling-Assign Company Code to Controlling Area).

    Here u tab the controlling area of yours. Then select assignment of company code.

    U can assign company code here.
