Hi Experts,

I want to confirm that if we can link inter company purchase agreement with normal purchase agreement to make the normal purchase agreement as a special stock scenario.

Lets say: One company A is having inter company purchase agreement. But the same company raises the normal purchase agreement for their supplier with account assignment Y. So can we enter somewhere intercompany purchase agreement number in this purchase agreement which is having Y account assignment.

I am sorry but I don't get this thing with the Sales Scheduling Agreement.

The advantage of an intercompany STO process is that it does not need sales documents.

If you are not at all taking about a stock transfer process then I might just be confused by the fact that you used the MM tag.

I am as well confused that a single order from a customer results in "agreements", this term is usually used for a long term agreement with many call offs.

From a pure MM point of view I see no use of a SSA, and if you need such reference then you probably need to maintain it a long text field.

Of course can a vendor D physically deliver to A, but you would certainly need to virtually receive at C and ship it virtually to B, and B receives it virtually and ships it virtually to A. And A does the the receipt when the goods from D arrive on site.

No doubt that you can enhance this virtual scenario with receiving and sending shipping notifications.

Hi Jürgen L,

Lemme explain again in detail:

1. Customer A(US) put orders on same group company B in UK(company code different).

2. Company B raises creates SSA in their company and issues inter company purchase agreement to company C(Same group company but different company code in China).

3. Company C in china puts order to different company group and company code D with normal purchase agreement.

4. Now Company D will direct ship to company A in US.

So inter company purchasing document between B &C is having SSA reference but now we want to put Intercompacy purchase document reference on normal purchase agreement issued to company D.

Is it feasible and possible or not so that company D direct ship physically to company A but issues ASN to company C. And then company C will issue ASN to company B and company B will issue ASN in sap to company A.

What is "Lemme" ?

What is "SSA"?

Kindly post at least once the long term if the abbreviations are not used commonly
