Hi Friends,
We have a requirement like this. The agents who receives the work item should not be able to forward it to others. The agent is derived dynamically and hence the agent assignment for the task is thru expression.
Can anybody throw some light on this .
Thanks
Srini
Your task is currently a general task then? You have to change that and define all users as agents (e.g. by choosing a basic authorization role). Then you use the standard option to restrict forwarding, and I believe that for your requirement it is the "No forwarding" option you must use. The options are documented, but in short "no forwarding" prevents forwarding while "general forwarding not allowed" restricts forwarding to the possible agents - which in your case would be anyone (if my initial assumption is correct).

Hi All,
Thanks for your inputs.
Kjetil, if you can please elaborate how to define all users as agents that would be really of great help to me.
I mean what role and what authorization etc and where I do the assignment, while choosing the option ' Forwarding not allowed ' at the task level.
Thanks in advance
Srini
There really isn't a lot to say about it, I think, and I can't tell you which role to use because that is installation-specific. Ask your basis people if there is a role (authorization) that all users will have. Then you assign possible agents as normal, using the role.
If you don't know how to assign possible agents, read the documentation, or just check the fly-over help for all the toolbar buttons. It's not difficult at all.
You can also put some restriction by some roles for that you need to debug what happens when you forward workitems. Otherwise Akshay's suggestion is useful.

Hi,
If you go to menu option Additional data-> agent asignmnet -> Maintain for your standards task, on the next screen provided to you, choose attribute - General Forwarding Not allowed

Hi Srini,
In the Task Classification, select "General forwarding not allowed".
