I need to know if the Genesys WED work space connector is compatible and well tried out with SAP CRM solution, or should I go for G.Plus connector... I have concerns with G.Plus because its not supported by the new Genesys and also not supporting social media. please help with your feedback to help me take the right decision

Thank you for your care, but its not actually about a mobile application, its about our call center which is using Genesys Business edition telephone system and I need to determine which connector i should buy, G-PLUS or WDE Genesys connector (application base connector) ... the issue that G-PLUS is a server base connector and its certified and SAP technical here are insisting to use it, but its not recommended by Genesys as it will be no longer supported for future editions and will lose features such as social media support and other call center reporting capabilities... all i need is to receive a conformation from SAP that Genesys WDE connector is compatible with SAP and will function without any problem... I am not a technical person, so if you can help me to direct me to the right person in SAP to present my inquiry will be great...
