Correspondence Problem

Hi Folks

We are facing a post production issue. The problem is when a Training Admin books a contractor ( object type H external person ) in an LSO course event, the trainee gets the notification however when a trainee is cancelled from a course, the system raises an error that the "user record not found".

We have populated the infotype 1032 with external person's email address.

    Hi..

    In the past we had the same problem.

    The reason for that is the External person ( Otype = H) is assigned to only extenal instructor. But in your case it is assigned to a contractor.

    The fn module which is called for the cancellation of the course looks for the 0105 infotype email address. Since it is not existing, it throws an error saying the Record is not found. I believe you have to create a HR master data for the Contractors also, as we did.
