ChaRM Workflow question - need an answer quickly

Hi everyone,

Is there step missing somewhere between 1 and 3?

1. tester - marks change request to Successfully Tested

2. change manager - changes maintenance cycle to Emergency Correction, then to Go-live

3. it operator - schedules the transport requests into Production

I get an error that my transport log that my transports have not been approved to go into production and I'm wondering what I am missing.

    Hi Jason,

    you need to execute the action 'Released to Production' which will set the status 'Authorized for Import'.
