China local statutory reporting requirements

The current client am working for is going through there international Blueprint for china.There are few local statutory reporting requirements for which I need your valuable inputs

1.The books have to be maintained in Chinese or bilingually supported

2.The vouchers must be printed from the system in a specific format (in local language)

3.Statutory reports (P&L, Balance Sheet) in local language must be printed from the system in Chinese in a specific format.

I can send the formats if you have any inputs.Posints will be awarded.
