Sales Org not determined

Hi,

When I am in CRMD_ORDER and insert a BP number, the system prompts a screen to select the org units.

It shows several entries for the valid sales areas of my BP.

If I choose the org unit sales org for sales area 1000/10/01 I get the sales org, distrib channel and division correctly determined

If I choose the org unit sales office for sales area 1000/10/01 I get the sales office, distrib channel and division correctly determined, but the sales org field is empty

If I choose the org unit sales group for sales area 1000/10/01 I get the sales group, the sales office, distrib channel and division correctly determined, but the sales org field is empty.

Why is this happening if I choose a sales org unit that it's under a determined sales area?

    You have to check the following.

    In transaction for organizational model maintenance PPOMA_CRM

    you need to verify for your sales organizations the following:

    On the details for the organizational unit (in this case your sales organizations) you select the tabpage "Function".

    There each sales org should be mapped to the R/3 Sales org.

    So if it is a Sales Org, flag "sales organization" and put the R/3 code for your sales org into the input field. (also maintain the distribution channel and division".

    Next, on the tabpage "attributes" make sure the Scenario "Sales" is selected, and that the flag option " Object permitted in Determination" is flagged.

    This last settings will allow this organizational unit to be determined automatically during Organizational data determination during business transaction processing.

    This is again based on your org.data determination profile that is assigned to your specifica transaction type (via customizing).

    Hi Susana,

    Please check what is the org determination on for that transaction type.

    If you create your own org determination rule, change it with SAP standard org deter. rule

    See if any different.

    Second thing, I need to clarify, before you select sales Office, is the sales org field

    already fill up by previous selection or is in blank field?

    Please check whether your sales office and sales group have been maintained as organizational attributes for your org unit.

    In the functions tab on PPOMA_CRM for org units sales office and sales group whether the sales organization has been inherited or assigned manually.
