how to get message text assigned to purchasing status in ac02

Hello all,

we have maintained purchasing status for service in ac02 as

and for a particular service i have maintained the purchasing status as 04(here just for example we have maintained the status as no HSN code assigned),

now my question is when i tried to use the code in some transaction say cj20n,

i am getting the message as service 'SWR10793' blocked for plant maintenance instead of the message text i have maintained for purchase status o4(i.e no HSN code assigned)..

how do i get the correct error message.

please suggest me a suitable solution..

Hi,

I could see that the message text for service purchase status (for example SE409) is not dynamic like the message for material status (ME054). You can check the message number in SE91:

Its standard design and I dont think there is a direct option in standard to bring the message text with dynamic text for the OMS4 status text. If its mandatory, you may check the option for enhancement.
