Hello Moreno,
It seems that the upgrade is having some problem activating table BSKEYWORD. I understand that the R/3 is down now. But you can still start it manually then login with DDIC in client 000. Then go to SE14 to activate the table. Or find out why this table can't be activated. You might need to reconstruct it if necessary. Anyway, after that, you should see the runtime object exists. You can test it by displaying the runtime object in SE14. After that, shut down the R/3 system, and repeat the phase with INIT.
Let us know if you can pass the phase.
Best Regards,
Joseph Zhao

This is the part of SAP Note 961410:
Source Release 4.6C and below only: Phase TABIM_UPG
If your source release is based on SAP Basis 4.6C or lower, the upgrade may stop in phase TABIM_UPG. Log file SAPI700TG2.<SID> shows the following error message:
2EETW109 table "BSKEYWORD" does not exist in nametab.
To prevent this error, proceed as follows:
1. Before you start the upgrade, go to subdirectory "cofiles" of the upgrade directory.
2. Create a file with the name A700TG2.SAP.
3. Open the file and enter the following:
I 2EETW109 table "BSKEYWORD" does not exist in nametab
The file must consist of one line only, beginning in column one.
4. Save the file.
