Outbound Failed - Interaction Contact has no c4c business partner id

Hi Experts,

I have two scenarios

1.We have migrated the data from the s/4 and the file origin is set to SAP_ERP_CUSTOMER. i am trying to create activity out of it and its showing me error as Outbound Failed - Interaction Contact has no c4c business partner id. Do i need to have c4c business partner ID maintained for each contact/corporate account.

2.There may be scenario where a campaign is being carried out to grab the customers and to generate the activities for the potential customers from the data coming from diffrent channels in ymkt. .As for lead ,lean lead is getting created in c4c where we can convert it customers, so why the issue is there with activities.Is there any restrictions for activities from SAP ?

    1. I haven't done test for corporate accounts, for leads typically when creating an activity and when a lead does not exist, it should get created. Maybe you will need to do create C4C lead action before doing the create C4C activity action for corporate accounts. You should try one test that way.

    2. Following is information from SAP, but I would recommend testing what does and does not work yourself.
