ELM-Prospect to Customer

HI..

How do we automate the process of converting the rented customer to Own customer??

How do we know that certain number of Bp's(Rented data) have being converted to Customers?

Regards,

Sanjana

    Hi Sanjana,

As far as my knowledge there is no straight method to do so. But you can do this by some program which can be scheduled in the background on certain parameter like time or date. You can check these records from the spool how many data got converted, by this way you will be in a position to get reports also.

    Hello,

As far my knowledge, whenever an inbound activity is created which converts rented BPs to customers. In the inbound activity there is an action which executes a method and this removes the rented tick from the BPs and makes them Sold Tos. You can use this method and program a report which would convert the BP status.

For the second query you can use the above report to update a Z table and this table will provide the details of the BPs which have been converted from rented BP.
