Cancelling a bulk shipment

Hi all,

We are trying to cancel an outbound delivery using transaction VL09 but it gives the following message "Delivery cannot be updated - data has been passed to bulk shipment 69103". Now from my understanding I first need to cancel the shipment( which was created using transaction O4F1) using transaction O4H1, but it gives again another message "Vehicle T150 is already completely confirmed - current status: 6" ( and that's because we already completly confirmed the delivery). So does anybody have an idea how to solve this problem?

    Dear SAPer,

    Please cancel the invoice document form VF11 then reverse the Shipment document. afterwards able to run VL09 for reversing the bulk delivery document.

      Hi Ramesh,

      Actually we had already cancelled the invoice, the problem was when we try to cancel the shipment. We finally managed to do that with transaction O4G1 and a date later than the initial one, so the problem solved. Thanks for the input.
