Building up a scenario

First post first question.

I need to build up a scenario B2B; the following:

After having logged on to the webshop, the customer starts creating an order. He therefore hits the button create and gets into the order form. First the customer needs to enter some necessary details such as customer number, postal information, delivery address (if different from standard!) and delivery date. Then the customer needs to enter the product and quantity he wishes to order. For this scenario we assume the product number is known. The customer would also like to know if there are alternatives or accessories to this article and therefore hits the button accessories next to the entered product description. After having added the accessories or alternatives to his order, the customer finishes the order by confirming. The customer then receives a confirmation of the order and the order number.

Not really experienced with CRM, which step would you suggest me to follow? i don't have any MasterData yet...

Thank you.

    Hi Rocca,

Check this site, it has explanation on the SAP standard scenario of B2B.

    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm50/helpdata/en/2a/81b842ec0bb111e10000000a155106/frameset.htm

I can say your client requirements are 90% covered. And some customization may need

to be considered (like some layouts or other outside SAP standards functions/info)

    Hope this helps,

    Gun.
