embedded URL in WF task descr attached unwanted host part of SAP for HTML

Hi,

I have follow SAP notes 375669 to embedded URL link in workflow task

description. Using extended notification functionality, it sends a

workitem email to outlook inbox. The embedded URL link is now showing

the link with the host server name for SAP GUI for HTML in the

beginning of the embedded URL. That basically broke the URL link.

I looked into general setting - I am leaving every setting as the default setting.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Within workflow builder task description editor - change to line-orientated processing mode.

2. Enter URL in the task description using HTML tags /*

Helpibthome.co.lsil.com/IBTGroup/Enduser/index.htm">Help>

3. in SCOT, the node is set to send text as HTM

4. Generate work item

5. Run SWN_SELSEN ; When I am in SCOT – I view the source of the email, I see this

Helpibthome.co.lsil.com/IBTGroup/Enduser/index.htm">Help>

6. Execute the send email - email gets to Outlook inbox

8. viewed the source of the email - here's what I am seeing

Helpibthome.co.lsil.com/IBTGroup/Enduser/index.htm">Help>

When I hovered over the Help link – I see the popup url link

http://coles16.co.lsil.comibthome.co.lsil.com/IBTGroup/Enduser/index.htm

9. When I click on the link - it goes to

http://coles16.co.lsil.comibthome.co.lsil.com/IBTGroup/Enduser/index.htm

coles16.co.lsil.com is the host server of our SAP GUI for HTML

If anyone has encountered similar problem, please share how you resolve the issue.

Thank you in advance for your help.

I found that this problem seems to stem from forwarding the original received email. Already opened an OSS note customer message on this.
