ADS Configuration for GP

Hi,

Hi i'am configuring ADS in Portal for GP process and at one stage it asked me to enter Alias,Password and Credential.How i can get this credential file and the password belongs to credential file or Alias?

I got strucked up here so please anybody help me in this issue.

Pradeep,

you have to open a message and request the credential from SAP

see note 736902

Hi Achim,

Thankyou for your immediate reply.I did this and i got the Credential file for ADS,but am unable to see the file in Visual Administrator for select it during the configuration.Please help me.

you have to place it in a specific directory:

/usr/sap/<SAPSID>/SYS/global/AdobeDocumentServices/TrustManagerService/trust/credentials

Hi Achim,

I got a credential and when i'am applying it in Visual Administration with Alias name ReadeRights,it is giving an error<b>" An error occured while updating the credential expiry date for alias "ReaderRights":Error Retrieving Credential Expiry:ReaderRights"</b>.

I think alias name is wrong,how i can find the alias name for a particular credential.?

Please help me in this issue.
