/SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL not removing ATP orders

Hi All

I am doing product deletion where I am getting message that ATP order exist for the same. I have checked table /SAPAPO/ORDADM_I & found that entries are present in this table. To remove these entries I use report /SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL but it is not able to delete the orders.

Could any one pls let me know how can I proceed.

PLease check in WUF1 transaction on what kind of orders are preventing you to delete the product. The program you mentioned is applicable only for sales orders. You may need to run a different report to delete TQAs or other kind of orders.

If these are hanging sales orders in APO, can you get the GUID of these orders? Do you see the orders in RRP3 screen?

I cant see those orders in RRP3 . But i know the guids of the order. Is there is any report with which we can delete the orders?

orders of BM type present in the system which cant be deleted by any report yet. do u know any report to delete the same

Is ur orders are created in APO or ciffed from R/3?

Please try using the report /SAPAPO/OM_DELETE_INCON_ORDERS to delete hanging Sales Orders and Deliveries in APO. The input is the GUID and you have to check all 3 check boxes.

Hi Hitesh,

I had a similar problem this week.

I could not find those ATP orders in the report /SAPAPO/OM_DELETE_INCON_ORDERS

Then i deleted the entries directly from the Table /SAPAPO/ORDADM_I and it worked.

Let me know if you find some other way out.
