Appraisal

Dear all,

I was setting Column access/ Element access for the appraisal template, but unable to do it for the status: In Preparation. Now, when the employee is accessing it for starting appraisal process its coming in editable mode where as i want it to be in display mode only, when the status is: in preparation.

In Column access/ Element access tab, there is an option for status: In planning, In review... but not for In preparation.

Pls advice..

I am afraid I only can give you the rankling answer, that the app works as designed.

In the Column access tab there is a short Documentation about the options you can use:

The column access specified for the Part Appraisal (PAPP) and Final Appraisal (FAPP) columns is possible for appraisals with the following statuses:

In Process

Completed

Approved

Rejected

Please read the documentation for the Element access tab as well.

What should be taken into consideration is that the value for Column Access is more restricting than the value for the Element Access.
