Parner Determination

How to define person responsible for Notification Processing? And i want to assign this Person Responsible as a partner in Notification Processing.

Pls guide.

    You need to first , configure the partner function person responsible or you can use the standard SAP defined partner functions. Ass ign this Partner function in the partner determination procedure to notification type .

    Create the Person responsible as the master data with employee number .

    Assign the partner in the notification as person responsible

    In IMG activity you have to create the parter function and determining procedure and assign to the notification type by the following path

    IMG>Plant maintenance >Maintenance and service notification>Notification creation>Partners>Define Partner Determination Procedure and Partner Function
