Need to Implement E-Recruiting Module

Hi All

We need to Implement E-Recruiting Module.

Is there a seperate business package available for E-Recruiting or is it a part of ESS business package i.e <b>Careers and Jobs</b> ?

Is Careers and Jobs webdynpro or BSP ?

From where can i find the installation and configuration document for that.

Please help. Points will be awarded.
