Feature Query

Hi,

I want to default one field in BASIC PAY IT0008 "WORK HOURS/PERIOD".

Is there is any feture to default this.

    Hi Satish,

    we cannot default this. suppose if you change the work Schedule in IT0007 the system will trigger a warning mesage saying, check the IT0008 infotype. there we need to enter the details (workhrs/period) manually. even this will happen while creating new record also.

    i think you got some idea on this.

    You need not default it.

    Actually tat field in 0008 inft is shown from 0007 infotype.

    So change the Working hours/period in the respective Work schedule rule . This will automatically change the fields in 0007 and in 0008

    Hi Satish,

    U need not have to default the No. of working hours in IT 0008, Becoz of integration between IT 0008 and IT 0007. the no of hours a employee worked and capacity utilization is taken from IT 0007 to IT 0008.
