Incorrect PERNERsin PA03

Hi,

Some times we see Incorrect PERNERs in PA03. Because of this we will not be able to exit payroll.

Curious to know, why do we see a list there? I am aware that for such PERNERs check box is checked in IT0003 for Payroll Correction.

Hi,

Reason is related to deletion of control record ,

One of the reason is : you are already in release or release for correction mode for current month and then due to some reason when you delete your control record of current month and reset the control record & Run off-cycle payroll for a few employee before your current month regular run and when you again reset the control record to current month that time you will get such error - payroll is not run for all employee "incorrect personal number list in PA03".
