Instance reports are connecting to db when i export it as pdf using java sdk

Some of my instance reports are connecting to db when i try to export it as pdf using java sdk.

Since it is instance report , data should be saved with report.So I dont need to fetch data from db.

My question is ,How can we skip/ignore db connection check in instance reports?

Any advice (sample links) would be much appreciated.

How do you open the reports using the SDKs?

Do you have the code snippet which is used.
