Hybris Marketing - Alternatives for Content Studio

Hi Experts,

I would like know if there are any content management tools suggested to satisfy good content design considering landing page/SMS/emails from Hybris marketing is not advanced compared to other marketer applications.

I would like to know suggestion based on existing implementations or integrations carried out.

Hi Dinesh,

Are you looking for a Content Management Tool (DAM, to store images), or a Content Design Tool?

Keshav already provided some info on Content Management tools;

As to Content Design tools, as you can import html's in hybris markting from other tools, you can use other tools to design your e-mails. I have seen SAP themselves use Dreamweaver in some webinars, for example on https://youtu.be/Ji6Yyg6YULM .

However you can also find some good example templates on https://blogs.sap.com/2016/12/08/responsive-sample-mail-templates-for-sap-hybris-marketing-s4hana-ma... that you can import into your hybris marketing system and tweak it to your own branding.

For Landing Pages there isn't a html upload possibility so those you need to design in hybris marketing itself. However if you have an existing website you can always build landing pages / forms there and interface those with hybris marketing.

As per my knowledge

Enable Display of Content in Preview of Content Studio (1702)

With 1702, you are provided with a preview section for the various content types in the Content Studio application such as emails or landing pages. The previews are included in an alternative view of the content object list.

You can include images such as graphics or photographs in your content objects. If these images are stored on a server (a digital asset management (DAM) system or any other Web server that provides images) that is different from your SAP Hybris Marketing AS ABAP server, you must ensure that the server is enabled for Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS). CORS is a specification that enables truly open access across domain-boundaries. It ensures that your images are displayed within the preview.

Many DAM systems provide dedicated system settings for the CORS enablement.
