Global employee and authorization

Hi,

I've got the following issue from our business:

A administrator from one foreign country without any access (no authorization) to an germany employee should be able to create a short or long term assignment action. The administrator knows the Global ID of the employee and wants to make a new hire action with this global ID (we have tested this procedure with a unlimited user and it works fine).

We have already tested it with a limited User and we failed because of missing reading authorization to infotyp 0000.

Does anyone see a change to realize this issue without opening the "normal" authorization?

Are there any customizing settings for the Global ID, that we forgot?

And if we have to "open" the authorization, what do you think are the minimum required infotypes (I would guess 0000, 0001)?

Thanks

Walter

    Hi Walter ,

when ever you face such missing authourisations, then you just open another session with the TCODE -SU53 which will describes the detailed missing Authourisations then u will come to know which Authourisations were missing for your perticular action. and ask your Basis consultant to look into these missing authourisation, he will resolve it for you.

    Regards,

    Narendra Kumar Katuri.
