SLFN message IBASE missing

Hi gurus,

We have solman 4.0 . When we try to create a support message from SOLAR01 we encounter an internal error.. Actually, the system creates a message which we can display from the tcode CRM_DNO_Monitor .But in this message IBASE component is missing.

But we can create it from the menu Help--> create support message.

Please help me.

There is a note numbered 1059271. It solves problem.

Hello,

We have the same problem . The Ibase is missing when the support message is create via transaction Create_notif. When created via Help, the IBase is filled in.

We are running on Solution Manager 4.0 SP13.

Any help would be highly appreciated

Hi,

Have you craeted your IBase Component?

Is your Solution Manager is in your Solution Landcape?

If so, you have to go to DSWP and select your Solution in which your Solution Manager is assigned. Then goto Edit menu --? Initial data transfer for IBase.

then goto Tcode IB52 and check whether your SolMan system is available under Installed Base.

Try this and revert.

All these steps that you mentioned have been conducted successfully.

I can still create the ticket from the help menu.

The problem only exists from transaction Notif_Create.

I will also raise an OSS message.

It seeems that this is some new bug.
