Attaching HTTP Links for User Decisions?

hi all,

how can we attach HTTP Links along with User Decisions. i have previously attached Business Objects as links along with approve/reject button but this time I need to attach a HTTP link.

Points will be awarded.

    Hi,

    You can't address url there. Use an activity below that, which will call your URL and give the same agent what your giving in the User Decision.

    Still if have problem reply.

    Couldn't you just add the URL address to the work item description, in which you most probably already have other text/instructions? (If this works, your next question probably is that how you do you add a link to text instead of the address - and I don't have an answer for this...)

    Hi Mouli

    Adding the links within the text is one way to go but for some reason the portal does not decipher it and hence though you see the URL you can't click on it....may be there is a setting but the way did is...

    we requested the portal guys to provide us an alias/redirect link, this enables us to create javascript code to launch any URL as desired.
