QM Notification - Partner function

I am creating Q1- Customer Complain type Notification by t code QM01. I have to capture the notification creator name in the partners.

Although i had mentioned the screen and mentioned mandatory the partner function AO; system is not picking automatically the created by.

Can any help how in Q1 type notification the created by Partner will be taken by the system automatically?
