Check print preferences under System Initialization>max rows. If that's ok then check if Repetitive Area properties > Format tab > lines in repetitive area isn't putting a restriction on the no of lines.

When in print layout design - highlight repetitive area in field index window. That will display the properties in the window directly below the field index window. Click on format tab.

You should also make sure that there is enough space on you layout to display the required no of rows. That is, if the other areas like header, start of report, end of report etc, takes up too much space, your print can't display enough rows. Tick the area height adjustment box in the format tabs of the areas (properties).

The only other problem then will be that the other areas in the report (header etc) are taking up too much space. You will have too adjust the fields to be closer too each other and eliminate unused space as much as possible.

I suggest you save your layout under a new name and as a test delete some fields in the header of this new layout, and make it half the size it is now. Make this the default layout and test the print. If it prints more rows, you know lack of space is the problem.

You can always revert to the current layout.
