Easy Enhancement Workbench- Extensions not getting Created

Hi Friends,

I am trying to add a new tab on CRM Service order. The tab should contain few new field. I want to access this through PC-UI.

I tried to follow the EEWB approach of creating a new project and extension.

I have been able to create a new project. But When I try to Create an extension with the following details

"Name: Name of the Extension

Description:

EEW Business Object: SERVICE_TRANSACTION

Extension Type: SERVICE_I"

I am getting the following error

"No request was sent

Message no. TK885

Diagnosis

No request was sent through the interface.

System Response

The action was terminated."

Is my approach right?

How can I solve this?

Can you pls guide me on this?

Hi Purnendu,

You usually get this error message if a project and extension has already been created for the Business Object/Extension Type.

Check if there are any other projects, if there are you will need to create an extension for your requirement and add it to the existing project.

I have checked, there are only one project that I have created.

So, I have no clue on this problem.

did you verify if on the level of the project a customizing and workbench transport request have been created?

you can do this by a right mouse click on the PROJECT.

It's resolved. There was no workbench transport request. i have created a new one. It worked well.
